Terms and Conditions

Applies to: All registered users of Dream System

    1. Membership

  • Membership is required to borrow materials or access digital resources.
  • Eligible individuals students must register with valid identification.
  • Each user is responsible for the items and privileges associated with their membership.

    2. Borrowing Policy

  • Lost or damaged materials must be reported immediately and either: 
    Replaced with a new copy (approved edition), or
                                    
    Paid for at current market value plus administrative fees
  • Repeated late returns may lead to suspension of borrowing privileges.

    3. Fines and Penalties

  • Users may borrow materials according to their membership category.
  • Return borrowed item resources on or before duedates.

    4. Digital Resources

  • Access to digital resources is restricted to registered members.

    5. Suspension and Termination of Privileges

  • Repeated violations of library rules.
